The 2020 Experiment

Following your own advice is difficult.  It’s not like having a cheat day when you’re on a diet, or a once a year spa day to treat yourself.  With your own voices, bargaining, reasoning, outside influence, world opinion, social media, family and friends ALL chiming in on what is good and right about any given situation…we forget.  We forget ourselves in the overwhelming current and get sucked away by the tide.  Being true to yourself is the one thing in this life you need to remember to be.

I’ve said it a million times, and feel the need to continue to remind myself and my clients.  LISTEN to your instincts.  You know when you’re sick, you know when a situation is good or bad, you KNOW if you meet someone and your spidey sense tingles not to trust them to just walk away.  So if you’re in a professional environment that is toxic, or a friendly party/gathering situation that doesn’t seem right to you?  Or you’re continually dragged through it by a family member that only wishes ill on everyone?  Walk away.

The experiment in 2020 is to remove all negativity.  Remove everything *you* think is toxic in your life.  Everyone wants to be happy but they don’t put in the work.  Anything good and pure deserves love and attention, like cultivating a gorgeous garden.  At the bare minimum here folks, isn’t a beautiful view what this is all about?

Think about it..Namaste

Here we are again

On the cusp of another decade.  Do you remember when 1999 New years eve approached and everyone in the US was going to freak out because the tech advancements were rumored to not be able to handle the numeric change?  People were in a frenzy.  The mass hysteria took over, and the shelves at the grocery store went bare in anticipation of having to hunker down because technology would fail us the second it turned midnight.  Well my friends, midnight came and went, and nothing happened.

In the upcoming decade I would like to advise you on some things that will be to your benefit.  Keeping in mind the principles of feng shui, numerology and universal law.  Your life chart changes every 10 years.  Can you think back to the late 90’s? Do you remember where you were?  What you’ve gone through in the first 5 years of 2010 and the last 5 years of 2015?  It seems like a lifetime ago.  And yet we’re still here.  Are we wiser?  Have we learned from our mistakes and adopted new life goals?  I for one, am still eating donuts…that is my mistake LOL but one I am blissfully happy to make.

Do you know your Kua number?  let’s start there.  Go HERE to determine your personal Kua number. Then go HERE to see what it means, and plan the days accordingly.  There is no real easy answer to explain all of this, so I just have to leave the breadcrumbs in hopes you find the aha moment for yourselves.  I generally use numerology when determining if a street address or apartment number is favorable for the circumstance.  For example I was recently offered 2 different apartments during a move process.  The first apartments number was 1033 and the other was 1031.  You have to go with your personal intuition here.  I chose 1033 as the new space to enjoy my future in.  Direction is also very important in the home, it signifies the flow of energy.  Some people wonder why they cannot sleep at night, or are restless in their own homes for any give reason. All of these factors [feng shui] play a part in our day to day lives.

1+3+3=7

1+0+3+1=5

See the chart below:

  • Three (3) – as “growth”;
  • Four (4) – as “death”;
  • Five (5) – as “nothing”;
  • Six (6) – as “wealth”;
  • Seven (7) – as “certainly”;
  • Eight (8) – as “prosperity”;
  • 9 (nine) – as “longevity”.

OR could be interpreted as:

  • 1 – a symbol of independence;
  • 2 – a symbol of diplomacy, tact, and romantic relationships;
  • 3 – a symbol of creativity, a happy life;
  • 4 – a symbol of the slow, overcoming obstacles, but steady progress;
  • 5 – a symbol of change, diversity, including travel;
  • 6 – a symbol of home and family responsibilities;
  • 7 – a symbol of spirituality, wisdom and knowledge;
  • 8 – a symbol of money;
  • 9 – symbol of love.

I urge you to pass this on to anyone you know that would find the information interesting.  If you want to start out the new decade on the right foot, and the right path then by all means, throw a little feng shui knowledge their way and give them food for thought.  But also?  Practice what you preach!  I’m still working on that.. 30+ years later…Happy new year my friends.. please stay safe tonight all over the world.

Opportunities

It is the mid afternoon here in the midwest.  And already I’ve been met with several opportunities.  Not in the way you would typically think though.  I was given the opportunity to get up out of bed, walk on my own two legs, drink coffee, drive a vehicle, pet my dog and so on.  I have been given the opportunity to work, to smile, to appreciate the basics.

If you’re not viewing your daily existence as such, you’re doing it wrong.  This is how you thrive, in learning to appreciate simplicity.  These are things some people do not have.  MANY people do not have.  Never take for granted the simplest of lifes gifts.

During the holidays, especially in the last quarter of the year in the US, people stop and reflect what is most important to them.  What means the most, what they are most thankful for.  I can only reiterate the messages I’ve professed throughout the year in the same fashion as before.  We need to always be thankful.  The fact that you have internet alone and can read this blog?  be thankful!  You have a roof over your head [in some way shape or form] be thankful!  You are surviving..most of us are thriving.  be thankful!  I do not need to rant about people are so much less fortunate.  So I will list some of my favorite charities, and if you have a moment and or even $1 to help one of them then good on you.  The universe WILL reward you tenfold for all of your kindnesses.

Thinking positively creates good will

DOING positively creates good karma

Giving promotes the karmic cycle of abundance

And since we’re in the home stretch of 2019 I also need to stress this-BE GOOD TO YOURSELF.  Be kind to YOURSELF, LOVE yourself..like no one in this world is capable of doing.  You can’t fully love someone else until you love yourself first.  The past is the past, the future is bright, warm and inviting.  Dip your toes into the 2020 pool with ZERO worry and ZERO baggage.  The bills will be paid, the food will find it’s way to the table, the self love needs to flow.

Fingers to the floor

Stand up, push your chair back, take off your shoes.  Spread your legs at least 1-2 feet apart, and slowly bend over, reaching for the floor.  Hold onto your ankles if you must.  Forget your head has weight, let it bob, control your breathing.  Slowly bring your hands/dangling arms up.  At what seems to be a glacial pace, bringing yourself back to an upright position.  This should take approximately 1-2 minutes to slowly complete.  Close your eyes, listen to your body.  Feel those muscles, listen to your spine!  Hear that crack?  It means you’re stressed, and haven’t been moving properly.  Stretching is your friend.  Once in the morning and once before bed every day.  Find your center!  This is just one small way to alleviate tensions.

Our lives change drastically around the every 10 year mark.  Think back throughout your lives, in decades past.  If you notice the patterns, you can prevent or alter future happenings for better or worse.  I cannot stress enough the value of a Soul Realignment reading.

Which reading is right for you?

Solitude

This blog over the years has become my safe place, my haven.  It’s very cathartic.  We all have moments of sadness.  This weekend the loneliness was palpable.  I keep busy, cleaning cooking shopping taking care of what needs to get done.  I’m on the phone and texting friends, having lunches.. etc.  But in the middle of the morning routine of Sunday dishes coffee and laundry, I just broke.  I sat down, put my head down and gave up.  Sometimes you just need a good cry.  I’ll spare you the reasons or multitude there of.  I gave in, and took to the blog.  I need to realize that there is strength in solitude.  I MUST process grief.  The only thing that’s going to help is time.  I may never understand why things happen to me the way that they do, but I can make lemonade from lemons even through the worst of times.  As sad as I am, there are so many others in the same spot.

Sometimes the blog is to inspire, and sometimes it’s just a place to express myself.  Today it’s a place of healing.  Thank you for being here..

What if?

I have been dealing with different emotional issues the past couple of months.  I know what you’re thinking, and you’re 100% correct!  Everyone does.  Here’s my thought process though.   Yesterday [I know I am not supposed to work on Sunday but work is work for me so I take care of clients when I can] I had several Soul Realignment readings to complete.  One of them in particular stood out for me.  I will use their initials for reference because all readings are confidential.  So after my reading was completed with DG, it was time to walk the dog before my next one.  As I was walking out the door, I had several short conversations with my guides as to how the status of their reading went and how excited/renewed spiritually I was.  Giving clients accurate readings IS the utmost thrilling thing that can happen for me.  I was on point with receiving the information as I was scrying, and my own thought patterns and opinions did not get in the way.  It was [even after 30 years] thrilling to do.  I’m ever grateful to the divine for the gift.  But DG’s reading also caused me to stop and take pause/stock of my own situation.  You see, their reading was for lack of a better description- AFREAKINGMAZING.  And it was only amazing because there was very little to clear.  Over and over again I was given information about their own personal journey and how repeatedly in this lifetime THEY THEMSELVES had been “working” on their best path and purpose.  Someone who actually was taking great advice and working through issues on a daily basis.

As an individual you never really like to toot your own horn.  Part of the human condition is doubting ones self and not trusting you’re always making the best decisions.  But in DG’s case they were!  I was so thrilled to see someone “talk the talk and walk the walk” spiritually for their own benefit.  Bravo DG!  So getting back to my own revelation, I stopped outside my own front door and thought, wait… wait wait.. isn’t this what you do?  Why aren’t you practicing what you preach?  I have been in an emotional loop of dread for 3 months now.  And then I heard it.  “You know that’s an emotional program running on your chakras right? You did that.  You fed it your energies and now clear yourself duh”.  I laughed and felt a weight lifted.  I returned with the dog, wrote a clearing sheet on me, and performed the applicable affirmations.  I have been in a light headed daze ever since.  24 hours later?  what seemed to have effected me [the core issues] don’t really come to mind.  I just don’t care any more.  I slept like a baby, the bags under my eyes are gone and it’s a beautiful day!

Thank you DG for inspiring the teacher.  It just goes to show you, you’re never to old to learn how to practice what you preach.  I have cleared the way for healthier emotional connections to come my way.

Just pull over already sheesh

I was driving home this weekend from a mini road trip about 3 hours south of me when I got stuck in this horrible downpour.  I’ve never experienced a micro burst [tornado weather] but I think I did yesterday.  My car was solid, tires were fine, it’s a heavy vehicle right?  Traffic had slowed from 80mph to 30mph and on the left side of my view it was pitch black.  On the right, it was bright as could be, no clouds.  Something was rolling in.  Here come the emergency vehicles one by one.  Everyone pulls over, then rushes back to follow the police car because the path has been cleared.  No one knew what surprises lurked around the bend.  Winds were at 50-60 mph and the storm hit us quick.  Mile after mile people were on the side of the roads, because they couldn’t see. Semi-trucks and all other vehicles were pulled over.  And here I was crawling along thinking oh this isn’t bad.  Until I tried to roll down the window for air and nearly got blown out of the lane.  I got the hint!  I pulled over and waited it out.  I spent 20 minutes with my emergencies on [it was the only way drivers behind you could see you were in a spot on the side of the road because real estate was valuable at this point wherever you could get it] waiting for the rain to let up.  I took several videos of the mayhem going on around me.  And all I could think to myself was, you’re an idiot.  What made me think I could out maneuver all the other vehicles on the road and just coast right out of mother nature.

Lesson of the day?  When you are in trouble or uncertain of what to do [in any life situation].  PULL OVER! [figuratively].   Stop, cease, desist!  Just press pause. I can promise you there will be no time lost.  We must learn to lose our own egos and self-rationalization for the greater good of all, mainly ourselves.  Think about it?  This applies to every single solitary problem you’ve ever encountered.  There are always things we’ve said and done in the past that [hindsight is 20/20] we wished had gone a different way.

Stop and think about it..Namaste
