I woke up with bruises all over my body

Sunday evening was not peaceful by any means. I had retired for the night [uneventful, calm-and was sleeping fine], until about 5am when I awoke to my better half yelling and grabbing my hand which happened to be clenched in a fist. I was in the middle of a dream/nightmare. I know that when I eat late, I have vivid indescribable dreams. I also know bad things happen astrally when I do. That particular night I was being attacked by 3 men. I immediately knew upon waking up that I was punching the boyfriend! Now this may SOUND funny but at the time it happens it really isn’t lol. I have woken myself up many many times by talking aloud, sitting up in bed with my arms wide open [it looks like a scene from a very bad movie beginning with the word Exor.... [you can figure it out]] yelling and screaming. To the unknown eye, you would most certainly be freaked out if you were to experience this first hand.

Last night when retiring for bed, I noticed aches and pains that were not there the night before. I have a 2 inch black and blue mark on the inside of my right knee. I have a crescent shape scar [like my inside arm was scraped] on the inside of my left elbow. I also have skin scraped on the outside of my arms. This morning [Tuesday] I found 2 more bruises on my legs. I have not fallen or scraped myself on anything within the past 24 hours. I can tell you what I was doing in my dream though. Climbing in and out of windows of old houses, scaling fences and being hit by 3 men in the dream may do that to a person.

This is the first time I have taken back physical evidence of what happens when I close my eyes at night. Oh I know, it is very freddy kruger surreal and I should take better care of myself when I am “out”. I didn’t realize I was such a scrapper! I also never realized it would materialize in a physical form. Things are getting very interesting!
